Blue Moon BD-10 Dulcimer Solid spruce top hourglass shape Appalachian Dulcimer an appalachian dulcimer.... Undeterred by its strange shape, tuning and fret positions Carl couldn't resist the unconventional charms of this strange beast and annoyingly within a day he managed to turn out this.

Hitchhikers

Carl's been knocking out some good new tunes using Garage Band and his new I-Phone.
This one's inspired by the Eagles Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy theme.

Pretty Polly

Its Been a Long Time Since...

... we got together, actually it was only three quarters of us as Mark D Charmer is still on his holidays. Carl popped out a new tune which got us all going and might lead onto something. It sounds a bit Ennio Morricone, maybe it could could do with some whip-cracks or something. Proper practice this week though as we've got the autumn offensive coming up with a couple of gigs in the offing.

Snores

Snores (mp3)
Tonight I've had to share a hotel room and bed with my brother. Usually he makes lovely sounds on the guitar, but here he is on the nose flute! It's one o clock and I don't think I'll ever get to sleep!!!!

Killer Cortez

killer cortez (mp3)
Carl's new Fender Amp is adding loads to his playing. this effect and the percusive way he plays sounds like he has someone on the high hat and cymbals playing backing.
