Hi Andy, i cant remember if you got me the 'Hotel California' book for christmas but thanks if you did. There are loads of tunes by bands in California that started to mix bluegrass and country with pop, folk and rock in the mid/late 60s. Ive only read a few chapters but i realised that my favourite tune on that Raising Sand album was written by the singer out of the Byrds.
